What am I buying?
Tasty Durian MSW Ice Cream (100g) — small-batch Musang King durian ice cream, packed in individual cups.
How should I store it?
Keep frozen at or below −18°C. Return it to the freezer immediately after receiving.
Can I refreeze after it melts?
No. Do not refreeze after thawing. If it has melted significantly, consume soon and do not refreeze.
What are the allergens?
Contains milk.
What delivery times do you offer?
Daily delivery windows:
- 9am–1pm
- 1pm–5pm
- 5pm–9pm
How much does shipping cost?
$10 for orders below $80. Free for orders $80 & above.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Singapore.
Does someone need to be there to receive it?
Yes. Please ensure someone is available during your selected delivery window to receive the ice cream.
What happens if I miss the delivery?
We’ll contact you to reschedule. A redelivery fee may apply.
Do you offer self-collection?
Yes — free pickup at 14 Upper Boon Keng Road Singapore 380014.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need changes, contact us as soon as possible. Once your order is prepared for delivery, changes may not be possible.
What is your refund policy?
Because this is a frozen, perishable product, we generally do not accept returns.
If there’s an issue on arrival, contact us within 2 hours with a photo and we’ll make it right (replacement or refund at our discretion).
