We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Products and availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or make changes to product descriptions, pricing, packaging, and availability at any time without prior notice.

We make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately. However, actual colours, appearance, and packaging may vary slightly depending on production batches, photography, screens, and natural ingredient variation.

3. Natural variation

Our products are made with real durian and other natural ingredients. As a result, variations in colour, aroma, flavour intensity, and texture may occur from batch to batch. Such natural variation does not by itself constitute a defect.

4. Orders

All orders placed through our store are subject to our acceptance. We may decline or cancel any order where necessary, including in cases of pricing error, suspected fraud, stock unavailability, delivery limitations, or inaccurate customer information.

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will refund the amount paid for that order, subject to any deduction only where legally permitted.

5. Pricing and information accuracy

We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, prices, and other information on our website are accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to update or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time, including after an order has been placed.

6. Delivery and self-collection

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery, and collection information.

For delivery orders, someone must be available to receive the order during the selected delivery window.

For self-collection orders, customers must collect during the selected collection window unless otherwise agreed.

We are not responsible for deterioration in product condition resulting from:

incorrect address or contact details
failed delivery due to recipient unavailability
delayed customer response
late self-collection
failure to freeze or store the product properly after receipt

Additional delivery attempts or special re-delivery arrangements, if offered, may be subject to additional charges.

7. Storage and handling

Our products are frozen and perishable. Customers must store them in an appropriate freezer promptly after delivery or collection. We are not responsible for issues caused by improper storage, thawing, refreezing, or mishandling after the order has been received.

8. Returns and refunds

Because our products are frozen and perishable food items, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or issues arising after improper handling or storage.

9. Intellectual property

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
